Stephen Haggard | Director and Co-Founder
Senior advisor on edtech to Universities (Open, Hult, London and others) and Governments (UK, NZ, China), Stephen knows the learning technology industry inside and out. He has held Editorships at The Economist and at BBC strands including Newsnight, and writes or speaks often on edtech. Stephen has a passion for low-cost edtech for emerging markets and works in China and Africa for UNESCO, the British Council and others. He also serves as independent board chair for Eneza Education, Africa's largest learning organisation.
Adam Salkeld | Director and Co-Founder
With a background as a journalist and TV producer Adam has been working in digital learning for over ten years. He has held senior positions in the BBC, the independent production sector and at board level in a multinational media group. In the learning field Adam has led major projects for the BBC, UK Government, NESTA and UNHCR as well as for universities, government and corporations worldwide. He is firm believer in the transformative power of video in digital education.
Donna Marie Howard | Producer
Donna is a producer with significant experience in education, having played a key role in the development of Digital Theatre and the flagship outreach programme Animating Art History at her alma mater, The Courtauld Institute of Art. With a background in film, theatre, editing and animation, Donna brings her creativity and keen attention to detail to DLA projects in her role as Producer. Donna recently earned a Director's Foundation Certificate from Raindance Film Festival.
Zoe Langston-Blass | Assistant Producer
Zoe's education experience stems from working with foreign language students and across editorial and marketing sectors of children's publishing. Her production expertise includes filming specialist interviews, and she is well-versed in recording voiceover and commentary. Having read English and Creative Writing at university, Zoe also holds a certificate in Copyright for Educators and Librarians.
Elena Deleyto La Cruz | Assistant Producer
Elena performs her role as an Assistant Producer from Barcelona. With a combined media and language background, she has worked as a freelance translator for the media and marketing sectors for many years alongside a part-time teaching role in Kids & Us, an innovative English language school. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English, Elena is also the co-founder of independent publishing house Editorial Garbuix.
